About this Property in Central Valley, CA (Phase II Horizontal)

After funding the borrower’s first phase of 91 single-family residences using our unique revolver loan, the borrower returned to Enact Partners to fund the next phase in the same residential development. Our Fund provided access to capital the borrower needs to complete the horizontal improvements of 87 lots. As the lots are completed and ready to go vertical, the borrower will use the tailored financing package from the Vertical Construction Revolver, funded simultaneously, to build each of the 87 homes.
